NOTE: Schedule and course are subject to change. The race will take place regardless of the weather, unless there is a weather warning from the German Weather Service.
The adidas Runners City Night is organized in accordance with the regulations of the German Athletics Association (DLV) under the supervision of the Berlin Athletics Association (BLV).
START CARD & RACE MATERIAL
Start card
About 7-10 days before the event, we will automatically send you your start card and further information about the race by e-mail.
Race material pick up:

TIMEKEEPING & TIME LIMIT
Timekeeping is done with a transponder, which is attached to the back of your bib number. To ensure the functionality of the transponder, the number must not be bent or damaged in any way. The time is measured as usual by running over the measuring mats at the start and finish. As this is a “disposable transponder”, there is no need to return it.
The time limit for skaters is 45 minutes and for runners 1:30 h after crossing the start line.
DONATE RUNNING SHOES
Well-maintained and clean running shoes can be dropped off on race day at Breitscheidplatz, right next to the start/finish area. The Berliner Stadtmission will be there with a small Sprinter van from 5 to 8 p.m. and will later ensure that your shoes get to where they are urgently needed. As always, only donate what you would give to your friends!
MEDALS, CERTIFICATES & RESULTS
Every finisher will receive a well-deserved medal at the end of the race.

Age group winner
Age group winners from age over 40 of the 10K Run from the current year will receive a free race entry for the following year!
The free race entry can only be claimed in the following year. We will send the winners all registration information and an access code automatically by e-mail as soon as the registration is possible.
CHANGES, CANCELLATION & INSURANCE
Change of discipline
Changes to another disciplin are possible as long as the participation limit has not been reached. We will charge a processing fee of 5 € plus the difference to the current valid price level.
Please contact us with your request to change the discipline via our contact form.
Exchange
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer your starting place to another person or another year. Your starting place is personalized and related to the event.
You will find detailed information on withdrawal and exchange in our conditions of participation.
Withdrawal
Due to the logistical and organisational complexity of the event, we cannot refund the participation fee if you are unable to attend. Thank you for your understanding.
Insurance
To cover the participation fee, we recommend purchasing the ERGO cancellation insurance during your online registration. More information can be found here.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are prohibited in the start/finish area for safety reasons:
- Weapons of any kind, including objects that can be used as weapons, cutting, thrusting and stabbing weapons or as projectiles
- Gas spray cans, corrosive, flammable, coloring substances or containers with substances that are harmful to health or easily flammable (exception: commercially available pocket lighters)
- bottles, cups, jugs, cans or other objects made of glass or other easily breakable materials
- bulky objects such as ladders, stools, (folding) chairs, crates
- Fireworks, flares, smoke powder and bombs or other pyrotechnic objects
- Mechanically operated noise instruments such as megaphones, gas fanfares
- Laser pointers
- Pets and other animals, except guide dogs for the blind
- drones
- Bicycles, eScooters
