Berlin's fastest night is back. On August 1st, adidas Runners City Night transforms the streets of Berlin into a celebration of speed, community, and summer running. Whether you're taking on the 5K, the 10K, or looking for a high-speed thrill on the 10K inline skating course, this iconic Berlin running event combines sport with an electric nighttime atmosphere in the heart of the German capital.
With live bands, cheering zones, enthusiastic spectators, and plenty of Berlin energy, City West and the iconic Kurfürstendamm become a personal party mile for thousands of participants. The experience culminates with a memorable finish through the illuminated gate at the Memorial Church before the celebrations continue long after the race is over.
As a key partner of the event, adidas will be bringing runners and supporters together throughout race week with community experiences, Hyperboost activations, and race-day celebrations designed to make the most of Berlin's fastest night.

Bib Pickup at Bikini Berlin
The City Night journey begins ahead of race day with bib collection at Bikini Berlin, where runners can pick up their race essentials and start building excitement before taking on the streets of Berlin.

Running for the Berlin Community
The adidas Runners City Night is also an opportunity to support the wider Berlin community. During all three days of race material pickup at Bikini Berlin, participants are encouraged to donate their well-preserved sports shoes and sneakers to the Berliner Stadtmission. Donations collected will help provide valuable support to people experiencing homelessness across the city.
With up to 180 people supported every day through the organisation's clothing centre, every donated pair of shoes can help make a meaningful difference.
Get Race Ready with adidas
Throughout race week, adidas will host a series of dedicated activations designed to bring the community together and help participants prepare for race night.
At the adidas Flagship Store, visitors can discover Hyperboost activations including:
- Thursday: Hyperboost activations from 14:00 to 20:00
- Friday: Hyperboost activations from 10:00 to 20:00, including goodie bags!
- Saturday: Race Ready activations from 11:00 to 19:00 across the Window and Greenlab spaces
Members of the adidas Runners community can also attend an exclusive pre-gathering on Friday from 18:00 to 22:00. The event features exclusive event shirts (while stocks last), a DIY Shakeout Run, and opportunities to connect with fellow runners over food and drinks ahead of race day.
These experiences create a space where preparation meets community, helping runners make the most of race week before lining up at the start.

On race day, the Race Village at Breitscheidplatz becomes the central meeting place for Berlin's fastest night.
Open from 12:00 to 20:00 with free admission, the Race Village welcomes participants, supporters, and visitors alike. Explore exhibitor stands, get creative in the Customization Area, and take advantage of opportunities to relax and unwind before or after the race.
Nearby, adidas will host the Hyperground Activation from 14:00 to 16:00, featuring incredible live music and product surprises.
